Implementation

Strategic plans are meant to be living, dynamic documents that are referred to and revised as time moves forward. For this reason, our Steering Committee has recommended that a separate Implementation Committee be formed after the Strategic Plan has been finalized.

This group will create a dashboard to share with the University community our progress on key initiatives and the data and metrics that assess our performance.
